Cyrus Todiwala uses Mara's Smoked Dulse
Our seaweed was featured on the BBC's Saturday Kitchen at the weekend.
Celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala cooked up fiery chorizo and cheese-filled bread rolls, served with spiced baked beans. The bread dough was seasoned with Mara's Applewood Smoked Dulse, which Cyrus described as "fantastic."
Cyrus told host James Martin about the health properties of seaweed:
"Seaweed is becoming one of these big things right now because it's a great supplement for iodine, and they say it has a huge impact for people suffering from thyroid problems."
