I bought a shaker of the Dulse and the Shony today from Provender and
Brown in Perth. I had been wanting to try the seaweed for some time as
had some fab recipe ideas and so was excited to find the product on my
doorstep. Raced back home and I made myself a Cheese and Dill scone which
I served warm with my homemade apple sauce and a very liberal sprinkling
of the Dulse seaweed – it was delicious. The depth of flavour provided
and added interest was divine. I think I have a new addiction! Canąt wait
to try the Shony. Thanks for creating such a fabulous and healthy
ingredient range! Violet.
