This recipe is a great idea for a snack if you are having friends over or simply want an alternative to crisps. It's also a really good way to introduce people to seaweed. Simple to rustle up, all you need are chickpeas, mixed nuts of your choice, olive oil and a sprinkling of Shony.
Preheat oven to 200C.
Dry chickpeas as much as possible before placing them in a roasting dish. Drizzle with olive oil and shake on as much Shony as desired (4-5 shakes recommended). Put in the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
Take out of oven and mix with the nuts.
Put into small bowls so people can snack on them.
