How do I enjoy Shony seaweed?

Shony on boiled egg and fried egg

Our customers love to liberally shake Shony on their eggs at breakfast.

Try Shony as a seasoning. Sprinkle it generously on salads to bring out lighter flavours; use it like dried herbs to make a rub for chicken or pork; or stir Shony through soft butter or oil, coat fish and bake.

Shony also works in baking and desserts, such as this crumble recipe from Paul Hollywood.

Delicious and easy to add to my meals!

These are chock full of many missing nutrients from my diet so I use them in eggs, on top of meals, in soup and stews. The customer service is also top notch.
