Beautify Yourself with Seaweed

Good for the complexion
In Japan, seaweed is believed to be a beautifying food. They eat on average 4g of dried seaweed a day, and are the healthiest nation in the world.
Seaweed is used to improve the health of the hair and skin. Folk medicine believes that those who eat seaweed daily will always have plenty of thick, shiny, lustrous hair.
Hair health depends on macro and micro-nutrients, particularly protein, Vitamins A, B, C, D and E, fatty acids and minerals such as zinc - all of which are present in seaweeds.
