Kombu also has a stronger salty taste than Dulse or Shony seaweed, making it a great choice if you're looking to reduce salt in your cooking.

Very impressed with the products, adds a wonderful flavour without over powering the dish. My husband was diagnosed as having very low magnesium levels in his body.
