Mara Seaweed is featured in the news pages of The Times today, in an article suggesting the days of seaweed being stigmatised as "slimy" are over. Alongside Marks & Spencer selling our Dulse, seaweed is now served up in many of the UK's top restaurants and is being viewed as the next superfood because of its health benefits.
