The Scotsman has launched a nationwide search to find Scotland's Best Food and Drink Pioneer, and we'd like your vote! Cast it here. 

Last year, we reached the final of the BBC Food & Farming Awards. Judge Cyrus Todiwala came to visit us, and this is how he described our "SeaEO":

"Fiona is a die-hard campaigner for the use of seaweed and its very worthy health properties... They are a fledgling company no doubt, but Fiona has the willpower, just like the waves she defies. Passionate to the core... Almost fanatical I should add! But the idea is to recognise the best of British and amongst that, the height to which sustainability and ethical sourcing can be achieved".

Thanks Cyrus... Not sure about fanatical though!

Another reason we'd like your vote is that the winners get to go to Scotland Food and Drink's annual awards dinner, on June 2nd. If anything like last year, it'll be a really fun sell-out celebration of Scotland's food and drink industry. And we do love a party...
