Teriyaki monkfish with noodles and greens with Furikake

Seaweed goes hand in hand with Asian cooking, with the balanced umami working to bring out the life in flavours like teriyaki.

Ingredients:
- 2x 150g monkfish fillets
- 1 jar teriyaki sauce
- 1 pack cooked noodles
- Mara Seaweed Furikake
Method:
- Marinade the monkfish in 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce for around an hour.
- Drain on kitchen paper then pan fry in a little veg oil until cooked, this should take around 5 to 7 mins, depending on thickness.
- Heat your noodles as instructed and blanch greens of your choice, tenderstem broccoli works very well.
- Place monkfish on the noodles with greens and season with Furikake for that perfect umami finish.
