Umami Roasted Cashews from Dominique Woolf

Huge thanks to Dominique Woolf for this great recipe which uses our Furikake to make a delicious umami heaven of roasted spicy cashews.
Approx Serves 2 | Easy
Ingredients
Drizzle of chilli oil
100g Cashews
2tsp Furikake, more if you like a heavy seasoning
Method
Heat the oil then add the cashews.
Fry over a medium heat until golden, tossing regularly.
Once done, turn the heat off, sprinkle with furikake and combine.
