The promoter of the competition is Mara Seaweed Ltd (company no. SC390823), registered at 6 Long Craig Rigg, West Shore Road, Edinburgh EH5 1QT.
- Prize details: The prize is a 2-night maximum self-catering stay in Elie on the Fife coast; Address, Sea Spice, Ellie, KY9 1DA Scotland.
- The date of stay is to be arranged with Mara Seaweed colleague Clare Dean after announcement of winning entry.
- The prize does not include travel to and from the winner’s home address or any other expenses associated with the weekend staycation.
- How to enter: The only way to enter the competition is to complete the online consumer survey. A legitimate email address must be provided at the end of the survey to be entered into the prize draw and contact the winning entry.
- To be entered into the competition, entrants must compete all mandatory research questions asked within the survey.
- Only one entry per email account will be enter into the competition and prize draw.
- Entry to the competition opens at 10am Thursday 23rd June 2022 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 13th July 2022.
- Following the closing date, Mara Seaweed will conduct a random prize draw of all entries and announce the winning via Instagram and Twitter on the 15th July.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Mara Seaweed’s decision on eligibility of entrants and selection of winners is final.
- Mara Seaweed shall have the right, as its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- Employees and family of Mara Seaweed Ltd may not enter the competition.
- Mara Seaweed reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- A 20% discount code to use at www.maraseaweed.com will be sent to all participants who fully complete the survey and supply a valid email address.
- The code will be viable for use for two weeks from receipt of email for a single use.
- Eligibility: Entrants must be over the age of 16.
- All prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
- Prizes are subject to availability of the cottage dates and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
- Confirmation of the prize will be made via email in the first instance and telephone or within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Mara Seaweed reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement.
- Failure to meet the giveaway terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize.
